In the last 10 years, she has been engaged in private consulting with The Daisy Management Centre Limited, to support both SMEs and large organizations to build or strengthen their HR architecture with an over-arching focus on organizational development and providing support for the implementation of Business Strategy through HR Strategy. Her passion for developing young professionals and helping them to attain their full potential stands her out as an HR practitioner that brings immense value to businesses.

facilitator with a track record in employee performance and career development. Mrs Ani’s background as a legal practitioner having obtained an LL.B (Hons) degree and BL from the Nigerian Law School, with experience as a former prosecutor and international

lawyer in the International and Comparative Law Department of the Federal Ministry of Justice has considerably enhanced her most effective communication skills and ability to maintain excellent interpersonal relations with staff at all levels of an organization.

She is a licensed HR Consultant and has served on various committees of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants as well as a member of the Association for Talent

Development (ATD). Mrs Ani is a certified John Maxwell speaker, trainer and coach. She is the West Africa Partner of the Leadership Pipeline Institute (LPI).
