Clement Stephen is an independent Management Consultant and Lead Facilitator at SERVICOM Institute Abuja, where he has been involved in training design and delivery in all aspects of Service Delivery both in the public and private sector. Over the past 10 years, he has developed expertise in Customer Service Excellence, Customer Experience Management, Service Design and Blueprinting, Customer Journey Mapping, Stakeholder Management, as well as Performance Management.

Clement has delivered bespoke training programmes for various client organisations in both public and private sector; some of which are Nigeria Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Federal Capital Development Authority (FCTA), Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) among others. He has also provided Consulting Services to some government organisations to improve service delivery and customer experience. These client organisations were able to develop customer journey maps and service blueprints showing clear improvement opportunities.

Leveraging his strong IT and analytical background haven bagged a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (2004) and professional training in database Administration with Oracle (2006), he is able to promote technology and innovation in service excellence.

Clement has also earned a Certificate in Management Consulting from the Institute of Business Consulting UK after which he acquired Certificates in Customer Service Management and Online Tutoring from Customer 1st International UK. He has developed expertise in facilitating both face-to-face and virtual learning.

Clement loves travelling and meeting people of diverse cultures, enjoys research, reading books, playing basketball and other recreational activities.
